With the GenZ generation prescribing turmeric to their daily lattes, & older generations that like to stick to the kitchen classics... what's the best use for this tasty spice?

Turmeric Recipe Library:

1. Turmeric Oh-La-Lattes

If you are craving that morning cup of caffeine, but instead need a change up then try a turmeric latte.  Whisking together a few ingredients of choice, like milk , turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, & black pepper can create a hot or iced latte that is worth every sip.  The benefits create even more of an orangey-surprise.  Turmeric contains anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, anti-aging, and pain-relieving properties that lead to a healthy body. Mixed with warm milk, the turmeric can keep the cold & flu away, one drink at a time.

2. Tasty Turmeric Roasted Vegetables

Turmeric has a knack for reviving the spirit of vegetables.  With a few sprinkles & a splash of other ingredients, turmeric can spice up the taste of roasted vegetables such as cauliflower, potatoes & root vegetables.  Some of the chef favorites that pair well with this spice are root vegetables that combine well with the turmeric root.

3. Smooth(ie) Turmeric Moves

A splash of the spice can be added to virtually any drink or smoothie.  Turmeric tastes great in a fruit smoothie that has milk, greens, cinnamon, & fresh fruits.  If you want to power punch the smoothie with some antioxidants that'll not only keep your energy but body running for a lifetime, then sprinkle this in your next drink.

4. A Classic, Tea-rrific Cup of Tumeric

While some may call this mixture the "Golden Milk," Turmeric creates a great combination when mixed with a few ingredients for a popular drink.  Toss together some turmeric, coconut milk, & honey to make an earthy & soft tasting beverage that pairs with a relaxing evening.

5. Egg-cellent Addition to Tumeric Traditional Eggs

Turmeric is surprisingly an excellent addition to any recipes that involve eggs.  Or, as a matter of fact, anything that involves proteins like chicken, eggs, or tofu.  Taking a sprinkle & adding it to an egg omelet creates a subtle & still yellow looking taste that will make a difference in the quality of the meal.  It's an easy & egg-sy way to bring a spruce of change to a traditional dish.
