‘Life in happy hues’ is a perfect description of this beautiful seasoning. We start with a base of premium silver sea salt, the foundation of which is seawater harvested off the coast of Molokai (Hawaii). Then we add in our beautiful red rose petals from Kashmir, crushed in a stone molcajete, and gently mixed into the salt by hand. This gentle mixing and ‘curing’ over time imparts a beautiful pink coloring to the salt.
