Allspice in Mill

Our organically grown allspice berries - a.k.a. Jamaican Pepper - are cultivated in the low ranges of Idukki, Kerala, located in the heart of the Western Ghats of India.

Allspice combines the flavors of cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and pepper and thus its name, even though it is a single spice. It adds a wonderfully complex and sweet flavor to meats, soups, stews, vegetables, and baked goods.  If you’re from “the Islands”, it’s a must-have for jerk chicken!
