The base of our Chilli Garlic Salt is a Hawaiian Silver Sea Salt harvested from the seawater off the coast of Molokai, Hawaii. To that we add our wild mountain garlic and Dalle Khursani chili flakes from Sikkim, India. And what a garlic it is! This garlic is harvested near forest streams and is prized for its distinctive aroma and taste; it’s sweeter and funkier than commercial garlic. Adding the intense heat and smoky pungency of our Dalle Khursani Peppers take this salt ‘over the top’.
