Alba Cinnamon in Mill

Our organic rolled alba cinnamon - a.k.a. Ceylon Cinnamon - is cultivated in the low ranges of Idukki, Kerala, located in the heart of the Western Ghats of India. It is harvested and processed using artisanal skills that are slowly being abandoned by "commercial" farms.

It also has been used for hundreds of years in traditional medicine in China, India, and Iran.  Some of the benefits include reducing inflammation, improving insulin response, controlling blood pressure, and enhancing your gut microbiome. The low coumarin levels in our cinnamon maximize its health benefits and its sweet, delicate flavor will satisfy your soul no matter which recipe you use it in.
