Bhujia Namkeen is a traditional Indian snack of thin crispy noodles made from chickpea flour. We add a touch of spiciness by adding chilli powder and rock salt. The bhujia namkeen also has a “Jada Gathiya” that is thicker and has a different texture because of the addition of a split lentil flour (moth besan). This thicker gathiya also has a lovely additional ‘kick’ because of the addition of carom seeds (ajwain) and hing (asafetida). It is great for munching during teatime, or any time, or adding an umami crunch as a salad topper.
Crafted by a small family producer in Rajasthan, India using only certified organic wholesome ingredients. Fried in an organic cold-pressed peanut oil. No chemicals, preservatives or artificial anything!
