Bhujia Sev

Bhujia Namkeen is a traditional Indian snack of crispy noodles made from chickpea flour.  We add a whole lot of spiciness by adding chili powder and rock salt. It is great for munching during teatime, or any time, or adding an umami crunch as a salad topper.

Crafted by a small family producer in Rajasthan, India using only certified organic wholesome ingredients. Fried in an organic cold-pressed peanut oil. No chemicals, preservatives or artificial anything!
