Gathiya (Crispy chickpea flour ribbons)

Our Gathiya is a satisfyingly crispy and crumbly Indian snack made from extruded chickpea flour ribbons. The texture makes it almost ‘melt in your mouth’ and our unique mix of spices, such as carom seed (ajwain), hing (asafoetida), and rock salt will wake up your taste buds.

Crafted by a small family producer in Rajasthan, India using only certified organic wholesome ingredients.  Fried in an organic cold-pressed peanut oil.  No chemicals, preservatives or artificial anything!
