Our Kashmiri Chilies are organically grown on a farm in rural Kashmir so they’ve earned the right to be called ‘Kashmiri’. They are sun-dried in the intense Himalayan sun and have a spicy smoky flavor that is as vibrant as their characteristic deep red color.
Although not super-spicy, there is nothing ‘mild’ about our Kashmiri Chilies and their ability to enhance the flavor and color of any dish is not to be underestimated. Add our Kashmiri Chilies to your curries, soups, stews or barbeque for a little extra spice in your life. They can also provide that unexpected twist to chocolates & desserts.
