Encapsulated within our whole nutmeg is a world of sweet nutty flavor, perfect for soups, desserts, baked goods and savory meals alike. Tree-ripened and immediately cured onsite at an organic farm in Idduki, South India, our nutmeg provides a fresher and tastier alternative.  It takes 20 years for the nutmeg tree to reach full production but the way we cure it makes a world of difference!

Buy it whole and grate it at your leisure, knowing the flavor will be preserved for many months.
