Our Roasted Chana Dal is made from organic lentils from a cousin’s farm. He lovingly grows the Dal using natural and regenerative methods. The Chana Dal is then dry roasted on the farm in a huge wok over a foxhole wood fire in rock salt. Nothing else is added. This is an artisanal painstaking process but one taste of this ‘superfood’ will prove why it’s worth it!
