Roasted Lentils (Chana Dal)

Our Roasted Chana Dal is made from organic lentils from a cousin’s farm.  He lovingly grows the Dal using natural and regenerative methods.  The Chana Dal is then dry roasted on the farm in a huge wok over a foxhole wood fire in rock salt.  Nothing else is added.  This is an artisanal painstaking process but one taste of this ‘superfood’ will prove why it’s worth it!

Crafted with organic ingredients and no chemicals, preservatives or artificial anything!  These savory delights are a celebration of purity and tradition!
