Roasted Millet

Our Roasted Millet (Bajra) is organically grown on a cousin’s farm.  He lovingly grows the Millet using natural and regenerative methods.  The Millet is then dry roasted on the farm in a huge wok over a foxhole wood fire in rock salt.  Nothing else is added.  This is an artisanal painstaking process but one taste of this ‘superfood’ will prove why it’s worth it!
