Our Roasted Moong Daal is prepared by roasting whole Moong Lentils with a high-grade olive oil until they are crispy. It is then perfectly spiced with Cumin, Garam Masala (a compound mother spice made from Green Cardamom, Black Cardamom, Clove, Black Pepper, Bay Leaf, Cumin, and Cinnamon) and rock salt. The end result is a snack that has a satisfying crunch and a strong savory flavor.
Moong is an excellent source of plant-based protein and dietary fiber. And this low-fat snack provides essential nutrients like iron and magnesium.
