Our Roasted Moth Daal is prepared by roasting whole Moth beans with a high-grade olive oil until they are crispy. It is then perfectly spiced with Cumin, Garam Masala (a compound mother spice made from Green Cardamom, Black Cardamom, Clove, Black Pepper, Bay Leaf, Cumin, and Cinnamon) and rock salt. The end result is a snack that has a satisfying crunch and a strong savory flavor.
