Seafood Lovers’ Spice

Gather around pescatarians…Zaica’s Seafood Lovers’ Spice is our super-aromatic version of a classic seafood seasoning.  It includes our lemon sea salt, Kashmiri chilies, mustard seeds, white pepper, curry leaves, garlic, mace, cinnamon, allspice, and green cardamom. We left out the kitchen sink. ;-)

Whether you’re doing a seafood boil, frying up crabcakes, making a chowder, or grilling fish this seasoning will let the natural flavors shine through. But make no mistake, it will definitely make your seafood sing! And zing!

And hey, why only (make it) stick to seafood? It makes a great flavor amplifier in roasted potatoes, sauteed vegetables, chicken wings, fried anything, devilled eggs and juices.
