Siam Sapphire Tea

Our Siam Sapphire Tea represents a miracle of nature made from wild-harvested, sun-dried butterfly pea flowers and lemongrass grown at a small family farm in Sisaket, Thailand. It brews up a brilliant sapphire color with an earthy, floral, lemony flavor. This tea has been indigenous to South Asia for centuries but has only recently been introduced to tea connoisseurs around the world; for good reason. Butterfly pea flowers are thought to provide a laundry list of health benefits including circulatory and immune system support, eye health, and enhancing hair and skin beauty.

This tea also hides a fun secret, add lemon juice and watch it turn a vibrant purple-fuchsia! It can add an unexpected twist to cocktails or mocktails. We find it to be a wonderful experience to share with little ones who squeal in delight at its magical color changing properties.
