Ignite your taste buds! The foundation of our Spicy Kombu Salt is a Hawaiian Silver Sea Salt harvested from the seawater off the coast of Molokai, Hawaii. To that we add wild Kombu seaweed flakes sustainably harvested off Fife, Scotland and invigorating Dalle Khursani chili flakes from Sikkim, India. The result is a spice that offers an explosion of flavor to any recipe. Our discerning patrons have told us that they LOVE it on their burgers and steaks, even on their fried eggs.
